Haskell Wexler (USA), has earned five Academy Award nominations and two Oscars for Best Cinematography. He was the fourth cinematographer to receive a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame. I don't work in the media--I'm just a private person trying to spread this news around the blogosphere--I hope everyone does the same--this could be one of the most important progressive projects ever..

Something along those lines will bring in an extra amount of DU'ers just because you swore. The "(BIG names)" part will bring in a few more who want to see if they recognize anyone.

Having even a few extra DU'ers checking out your thread can be immensely helpful. They could kick, comment, or nominate any of which keeps the thread near the top of the page providing more DU'ers a chance to the same.

Also take your time with responses to comments people post. Use each comment as a way to get back to the top i.e. when someone posts in the thread wait for the thread to fall a ways until you post a response. That we you extend the visibility of your thread timewise. When people go through and answer all the responses at once they miss an opurtunity to keep the thread visible thus missing out on more viewing.

I'm with you on the IWT, and appreciated how you came to DU swinging out right from the start with the DSMs. You are very active and we soooo need that. So cheers to you my friend, may we bring this amdin down much faster with the likes of you on board!

The first step towards reclaiming this country is to reclaim the media; this type of programming - even if it is only in a prototype stage - is absolutely necessary. Keep up the good work, and hopefully some DUers will support this worthy cause.

I think we all should be trying to get this story out on every blog we post on and utilize every way possible to let people know,,this can only work with lots and lots of people doing the same.

Frankly, I think this is just as important as any candidacy, issue or campaign going on today...
