Are the torture photos actually going to get released tomorrow?

Or do the bushies have some trick up their sleeve to get them blocked?

It just reminds me of the Schaivo thing, one federal court says remove the tube so the parents go to another court and get the judge to order the tube get put back in pending appeal, and so on...

But I think if the WH tried to block it, it'd just stir up more contraversy.

I'd expect them to want to get it over with.

They will appeal all the way to the Supreme Court. If the Supreme Court votes 5-4 to release the pictures, then BushCo will use it as a campaign issue in '06 ("the liberal Supreme Court is putting our GI's in danger")
