You shouldn't compare Miller to Deep Throat, you should compare him to Woodward or Bernstein. They kept their secret.

Can anyone tell me why they aren't gunning for Novak? Is it because he writes Conswervative while Miller and Cooper are "liberal"

but if they are prosecuting Miller and were prosecuting Cooper for "Contempt of Court" because they are not revealing sources, why didn't they also go after Novak?

Some one else said Novak testified, but I am not sure - does that mean Novak revealed the source of the leak?

11. Contempt Of Court, I Think

My undertanding is:
Miller and Cooper hadn't really committed a crime, but they were witnesses in the Valerie Plame investigation. Witnesses cannot take the Fifth. They were essentially compelled to answer the questions about their sources, but felt that they couldn't because as journalists, they had promised to keep that confidential.

So, why aren't they going after Novak compelling him to testify about HIS source or face contempt of court charges?

sacrifice....it won't work...unless the msm covers it up... That seems to be the most outrageous scandel...of the last years. The msm being totally complicit in the crimes
