Uh, do I REALLY believe KKKRove phoned Cooper and told him to sing?

HELL NO! KKKROVE would NEVER, EVER in a million years call Cooper and tell him to reveal him as the source. Who the hell is it? Cheney would never do that either. Neither one of them has any integrity whatsoever. SOOOOOO, who the hell called Cooper and told him to tell who he is???? :shrug: Another reporter? Then we get to go through this same shit with THAT reporter? Fitzgerald would then have to find out where that reporter got HIS/HER info. Or is it someone in the WH? NO WAY! This WH admits NOTHING! They lie. They cheat. They steal. NOONE has integrity. Who could this possibly be?

Seems to me a lot of effort to "sale" the emails as damaging...especially when Bush-friendly lawyers did the selling.

All Cooper would have to do is agree that Rove told him something, but he didn't out Plame.

Miller did not write the article because her job was to "sell" the article. Once you understand that, you understand the following:

1). Cooper, as any reporter, would call WH to confirm at which point both Libby and Rove would simply be confirming a "known" fact (that they planted to be known via Miller).

2). Novak called buddy Rove and probably said "got Miller package, thanks".

3). Libby released Cooper because he only confirmed. Miller cannot talk because if she does, then her little dance with Chalabi will turn her contempt into treason.

11. I believe you hit it right on the head.

Your explaination makes the most sense. Karl didn't "handle" the information up front, just like a mafia boss, hand the information down through the underlings. Now the questions is, who the heck gave the info to Miller to start the chain of events? Scooter and Karl wouldn't have NSC clearance to get Plame's name correct? So is Bolton a possibility? Maybe Condi? I can't wait to find out.

Bolton is involved in this and they're covering it up? Man-O-Man...the crap that comes out of this administration is just mind boggling!
