PHOTOS SHOW BUSH REWRITING, REVISING SPEECH

http://www.mediawhoresonline.com/

The White House's propaganda site features numerous promotional photos of the Unelected Fraud engaging in various presidential-looking activities.

A few of these have become much more interesting, in light of the revelations that Bush lied to the American people while delivering the State of the Union speech.

For the last few days, the administration has attempted to blame everyone except George W. Bush for the speech he delivered, and to portray the speech reviewing process as so messy and arbitrary that no one can remember who wrote or revised what, much less which members of the administration saw the speech.

Luckily, we remembered how impressed we were viewing the pix of an engaged and hands-on George W. Bush at the taxpayer-funded official White House site, as he participated closely in the SOTU speechwriting process in January. We marveled at his competence and involvement, and the care he took in ensuring that no word would be uttered or information imparted to the American people without his personal approval.

1. Yes, I would believe he rewrites his speeches . . .
. . . after he's delivered them.

4. Well, of course, Bush wrote the SOTU speech!
Why else would they have jumped through hoops to keep every word in it? That speech is Bush's baby!! And his wittle feelings would have been crushed if they'd changed even one word, much less SIXTEEN!

5. They're really stuck here.
Either Bush was really hands-on writing the speach (yeah - right) and therefore responsible for its content, or he didn't even know what was going on and the pictures are lies. They're screwed either way.

The truth, of course, is this: The pictures are lies and the administration (Cheney et al) are responsible for the lies in the address.

Edited on Mon Jul-14-03 12:02 AM by tjdee

Entitled: "Advisers listen to President Bush’s delivery of his speech in the family theater of the White House Jan. 24, 2003. "

Looks like Condi, Rove, and Mueller in the foreground, to me.
Regardless, whomever was there HEARD the Uranium thing, and didn't care. Bush READ it, and didn't care.

Over and over. They worked *so* hard on it!

Well, well, well.
Btw, I invite y'all to take a look at the whole gallery, as we pay for the site and the film to take those photos.

Bush works hard to be word perfect
By Elisabeth Bumiller in Washington
January 29 2003

snip

Mr Bush also had a private lunch with Vice-President Dick Cheney, then met a group of newspaper and magazine columnists to preview his speech.

As the expectations continued to build, White House officials cast Mr Bush as the relaxed centre of the storm. He was only making small revisions to the speech, they said.

White House speechwriters had left space in the text for a reaction to the report on the United Nations weapons inspections, but it was unclear how much of that space had been used. Officials said they had been given some advance notice of the thrust of Dr Blix's report.

"We had a generalised sense," said Ari Fleischer, the White House press secretary.
.

White House officials said the audience for the rehearsals on Monday included Condoleezza Rice, the national security adviser; Andrew H. Card jnr, the White House chief of staff; Dan Bartlett, the communications director; and Michael Gerson, the chief White House speechwriter.more......

10. Tenet says someone else wrote the speech so . . .

. . . does this mean the photos were staged? Is there one single thing we can believe about this 'mis'administration? What liars!

"On Friday, Mr. Tenet took responsibility.
"These 16 words should never have been included in the text
written for the president," Mr. Tenet said."

11. Paging bpilgrim and wonk!!!!
There's a captioned slide show with the names and images of all the speechwriters plus lots of loving text on the extent of the revisions and rehearsals.

Somebody please grab this slide show before they scrub it from the site. This won't last much longer imho.

13. Download it here
I have placed a copy of the slide show on my server. It will be available for two days. You can grab it here. **Make sure that you right click "here" and choose, "save target as", then choose the folder you would like it to download to. I usually just choose "Desktop", then put it where I want it.

Enjoy,

Peace and Inner Harmony,

16. Same here.
When you figure this out, let me know.

I tried to open it with every picture related program I have. Finally, in desperation, I tried to open it with something called "REGISTER". Then, it just plain disappeared. I used search, but it seems to be totally gone.

I have just downloaded it again.

Edited on Mon Jul-14-03 03:50 AM by RapidCreek
get it here....it is free and is necessary for watching any Macromedia Flash production.

It is not a picture....it is a series of pictures which are presented as a Flash slide show.

If you would prefer to just download the pictures get them from bpilgims link. I like the actual slide show as it has little blurbs describing each picture as they are displayed, though.

21. Here's a couple more pics for your viewing pleasure
Heck even the captions should be saved as evidence.

President Bush reviews the text with Director of Presidential Speechwriting Michael Gerson in the Oval Office, Jan. 23, 2003.

Advisor Karen Hughes reviews parts of the speech with White House Staff Secretary Harriet Miers and Director of Communications Dan Bartlett as White House speechwriters confer behind them during a rehearsal in the family theater of the White House Jan. 26, 2003.

After days of revisions and rehearsals, President Bush reads through his State of the Union speech during a late afternoon practice session in the family theater of the White House Monday, Jan. 27, 2003.

This is what we got for days of revisions and rehearsals? All that heavy hitting power sitting around while bunnypants tried to pronounce big words?

as a taxpayer I want my money back. I want my friends' jobs back. I want the lives of 250+ Americans back, the lives of 10k Iraqis who were "collateral damage" in the wake of this corrupt, money grubbing administration.
