That means if there's an Iraqi link to the London attacks, then we have to invade Iran.

The explosives may have been part of the several hundred thousand tons of muntions that the US just drove right by without securing in their rush to Baghdad.

The link might be between this administration's incompetence and the deaths in London.But it isnt a cold hard fact.They could have used chemicals or obtained the explosives somewhere else.We may never know.
