AFAIC, this is a exploitation of that boy, and there's no good reason for it. There are plenty of other images, plenty of other sins and crimes.

War is hell.

Point is Mr Bush LIED to start his PNAC lust for
Iraq and Iraqi children DIED and were maimed, crippled by
US military action.

1000s of Iraqi children are homeless, fatherless, motherless,
and some...armless.

The only exploitation is by those who pretend it didnt happen.
The only explotation is by those who refuse to
view what US military bombs & bullets do to helpless children.
