Why doesn't the WH transcript of Scotty's grilling today match the video

of the same grilling?

The transcript seems to be only about HALF of the total briefing!

1. I did this earlier and they matched

the transcript left out nuances, ums and erumphs, but the words matched. Do they not match now? What is missing?
