This was for 15 billion for local responders. ports and chemical plants sccurity..........

now tell me the republicans congress cares about our homeland security and the people of America.....when they can vote this down..but give billions to Iraq.........they care only that their "rich" voters and donors get their tax breaks......remember this "when" not if,,,,our chemical plants or a port gets hit........blame it on the Republican Party..

4. Tax cuts for the most affluent has always been RW job #1: securing the
homeland will always take a back seat to job #1, in fact it is not even on the radar screen of priorities.
