We don't need to impeach Bush
Edited on Thu Jul-14-05 10:21 AM by ck4829
The Bush Machine has been broken and he is a Lame Duck.

If we Impeach Bush, Cheney just might have a small amount of political capital to enact small parts of the Neo-Con Agenda.

Oppose Bush, we must cripple him politically, and then it will be better NOT to impeach him.

No, I personally say get all these bastards out of office so that we can immediately rebuild our country.

6. I'm inclined to agree. I think it's a good idea to keep talking about it
though. Just to keep reminding people that it's an option, and of all the reasons why.

I sure don't want Cheney, and Condi could be a disaster! Can't ya just see her filling the balance of Shrub's term and then getting elected on her own? Eeewww

8. It would't go to Condi...
unless Cheney was impeached first, and Bush named her as VP.

After Bush and Cheney, it'd be the Speaker of the House (right now, that's Dennis Hastert)

10. an impeachment would forever tarnish any legacy he might
have, even among most RW'ers...........he needs to go down in history as the bumbling pyschopathic fool he is.

11. I disagree.
Clinton was impeached because of his lie covering up a private affair, and this happened when he was a lame duck president. Millions of dollars were wasted on the Whitewater and Lewinsky investigations. Republicans were snickering and proclaiming national embarassment, that the stain on the dress was a stain on the presidency.

Idiot son Bush and his evil minions actually deserve impeachment. The Bush Machine isn't broken until it stops running this country, and the last time I checked we were still under its rule.

There is no good reason not to pursue impeachment. It cannot happen swiftly or severely enough. That's the only political crippling that I'd ever be satisfied with.

12. Bush and his entire administration need to be impeached for many.....
reasons known by all of us. If the entire bunch were impeached, I believe the entire republican party would be a lame duck with two broken legs.

13. Impeach, indict and imprison
Bush, Cheney and co. all need to go to jail for war crimes. An example must be set for future generations that this sort of behavior is unacceptable and that there are serious consequences. IMHO.

14.  Best fantasy: Cheney, Rove, & cronies go to jail. Then impeach Bush.
Put the criminals behind bars. Put their frontman out of office with a curtain of shame so wide that nobody in his network can run for office ever again.

15. Sorry, we need to IMPEACH IMPEACH IMPEACH
Preferably both bush and cheney. We need to have a scorched earth policy with the repugs. Otherwise their propanganda machine will convince the ignorant masses that * is a great president and that the repugs know best.

16. How "lame" is that duck...
....when he will be appointing not just one, but undoubtedly at least two, of the next justices to SCOTUS and the Republican Senate majority will no doubt go make sure his nominees make it onto the Court?
