Where is Iraq's oil revenue going to?
Just wondered... where is the money from sales of Iraq's oil reserves ending up?

2. Chalabi was supposed to be the oil minister for a time so i'm guessing
if that actually happened some of it has gone to him.

8. Well this article says $20 billion in revenues this year...
"First, the good news: With oil prices at record highs, Iraq is on track to bring in $20 billion or more in oil revenue this year....
But the bad news is that very little, if any, of that money will actually be used in the country's stalled reconstruction - despite past lofty predictions that oil-rich Iraq would be financially self-sufficient by now."

5. The last I heard
Halliburton was given the full rights to explore, drill, refine, and transport 100% of Iraqi oil. This was given to them by the bushtapo without any competing bids.
