There is a truth, here, buried deeply inside this remark, that Pete Sessions believes that a good public servant, including our representatives in Washington, must be conniving, sneaking crooks whose obligation is to smear their opponents, lie with impunity, and be partisan for the sake of money. It must be so, because Rove has spent his life doing exactly that.
