Heads UP!!! NBC Nightly News, does story on CONSEQUENCES
of blowing Plame's cover....first, they did a short story on rove, the NY Times Memo story...then other stories...about midway thru the broadcast, an IN DEPTH (for the MSM) story on the consequences of blowing the cover of Plame or other covert operatives. Finally.

Or did they say that Rove learned about Plame from Novak?

2. Clarissa must have told them about the importance of explaining things.
It's about time the public was given a good explanation of why this is so critical. It's one thing for papers like WaPo and the NYTimes to discuss it but to put it in a national network news program is far better. Now, if they'd only do it on Monday evening, when more people are watching. And it would be even better if they explained that Valerie Plame was tracking down WMDs.

Who the hell other than the sick and infirm will be watching ?
These Friday news dumps and stories, that should be broadcast when the veiwership is largest, are buried by Bar-B-Ques, shopping trips and sleep catch up time, on summer Saturday afternoons. :mad:
