I ran into Bernie Ward of KGO at Oakland Airport...

...I only had a chance to say hello to him but would have loved to ask him why in the hell he is on at the 10:00 PM hour??? Why not yank that jerkoff in the 9:00 AM Ron Owens (an Iraqi war cheerleader and Schwarzenegger lover) and put Bernie Ward on instead. I swear Ron Owens and his whiny little pathetic voice has got to be the greatest waste of radio time around. Owens was one of the cheerleaders in the run-up to the Iraq invasion, then had a lackadaisical attitude when he was proven to a lying asshole when WMD's were not found.

Bernie Ward is a breath of fresh air and has gone after the conservative nut-jobs in such a way that leave them embarrassed and aghast that they have gotten their asses handed to them by Ward. When I watched Faux News in 2001-2002 Bernie Ward was a frequent guest on O'Reilly and H&C for a period of about three weeks. He told BO that he was no real journalist and quit pretending and lying to his audience that he is. On H&C Ward tore into B1 Bob Dornan and told him "you have never fired a shot in anger in your life" --- B1 Bob went livid and Faux had to go to commercial break as no one could understand B1 as he was flipping out so bad. I notice Ward has not been invited back --- typical of Faux when a Dem makes one of these right wingers look like a lying idiot that they are.

To everyone here at DU KGO, based in the San Francisco Bay Area is one of the better semi progressive radio stations out there. They do have one freeper jackass know it all named Dr. Bill Wattenberg but even he is not as bad as the jackasses on the only bay area right wing station. You can listen in on the Internet at KGO.com.

How nice for you to meet one of our collective heroes. Bernie has been on Blitzer a few times. Once with Ann Coulter and before that with Armstrong Williams just prior to his debacle. Both times, Bernie was terrific.
