I actually am surprised. I expected the guy to be enormously outspokenly RW, the worst, most offensive dude Shrub can find. This guy is a much more politically clever choice....

2. I was wondering the same thing. Some people on DU are

foaming at the mouth and want to start throwing stones at the guy. I personally think Edith (the evil one) would have been a worse choice, but, damn, there's time yet to read about this guy and get our ducks in a row without screaming already. We need to get our priorities straight and work on what's hot at the moment and that, in my opinion, is exposing Cheney and his connection to Plame.

4. There's really no reason we can't work on exposing those...

responsible for the Plame leak and foam at the mouth too.

Personally, I've checked out what his past court opinions are and I don't like them... the stones seem warranted IMHO.
