Roberts will probably become more liberal overtime
Look at Souter for an example.

There was something else that was big that had to do with the President. Unforutantley, I can only concentrate on one thing at a time... Something to do with Rove maybe? I bet those bastards planned it this way. Now all will be lost on Rove! Err.... or Cheney, I can't remember. I can only focus on one thing at a time.

2. There are multiple flavors of conservative.
Just because they all have banded together for the time being doesn't mean they're all out to get us.

Some are out to get us. Some just like being on the winning team. Some are joiners and coattail riders. Some are stupid.


I'd make a bigger fuss if a hardcore neo-con or Dominionist got nominated.

I'm no big fan of Roberts, but that said given his form of conservativism (as I understand it today), I don't have reason to become a big opponent of him either.
