So what if the SCOTUS takes away MSM focus from ROVE
Fitzgerald is still pluggin away at the investigation. Let him get back to peace as he does his job. Be optimistic Rove is going down, its just a matter of when. What we have to do is write to our senators and make sure they understand that *'s nominee is not right for this country, lets also start writing to the dems who made the deal and make sure they understand that for this guy a filibuster is necessary.

any democrat on tv says, Robert's record is thin, but we'll get to that next month, there's plenty of time to debate Roberts. Right now there are important issues of national security to consider...

2. That's exactly the idea.
the whole idea is to take the focus off Rove. Even Frist said last week that this would knock Rove off the front page.

5. They can do all of the media spin they want to.
People aren't buying into it, and a special prosecutor and grand jury can't be spun.
