1. I feel there are a number of reasons--- not only
to divert attention away from Rove. I think they would like nothing better than to see us get up in arms about this so they can frame us as the Angry Democrats who are not bi-partisan but sore losers. And speaking of sore loser, I expect if we try to filibuster and lose, anything we do to Karl at that point will be because we are bitter, mean losers who are partisan and are just trying to smear Rove.

I don't like this judge anymore than anyone else. I am trying to frame the issues I think the republicans will try to frame.....
