Has Gannon/Guckert been subpoened in the Plame investigation?
since he said he had seen this memo also...who gave
it to him? Might start connecting some more dots
on who was good pals with Jeff.

1. I don't think he said he actually saw the memo. He hinted that he did,
but then got coy about it... IIRC, it's probable that he only read other journalists' reports of it and wrote his account based on that. Still, the grandstanding might have earned him a subpoena anyway. I don't know.

Because every time he touched the Bible it burst into flames, and the grand jury room had to be evacuated.
