2. I'm listening to him on Franken and missing him terribly
He just answered all of Franken's questions re AIDS in Africa -- in a very lucid manner. God how I miss being able to truly respect our leader ... It pains me to even listen to the current Occupant.

5. Clinton either just got cut off or hung up on Al. They've gone to a break
Al was asking Bill about the difference between him and * regarding decision making. Al described an Iraqi exile having to explain to * that there are three major ethnic groups in Iraq.
Oops! What happened to Bill? :shrug: I hope he's back after the break.

13. Oh good, he's back on the air with Al.
:) He's in Nairobi, Kenya. Bill is saying that the intelligence showed "unaccounted for biological and chemical weapons" but that the UN inspectors should've been able to do their job and finished inspecting and that we should have kept the focus on Afghanistan.
He says he's "in the middle", that we should have kept up the pressure for Saddam to disarm if we'd determined that he did have weapons and invade only if necessary. He did mention that * and the gang always wanted to invade Iraq to establiush democracy whether or not there were WMDs.

....I would have gone with whatever he suggested and I believe most of the country would have as well.

There's a speech about "hard work" that means something.
