How to convince a wingnut to switch from oil to alternative fuels...

I have a coworker that is as conservative right wing as they come. He is convinced that all terrorists are Suadi's or at least the majority.

I do enjoy messing with his brain every chance I get, and we were having one of our typical conversations about Terrorists, Drilling for oil, and so on and so forth.

Now he is not stupid and he does understand that America does not have enough oil reserves to supply all of our needs.

So I asked him if it would make sense to find alternative fuel sources to reduce our dependency on oil. Before he could answer I interjected with, there by reducing our dependence on Muslim countries that control the oil.

Just think if we could find alternative fuels then we would not have to buy oil from countries like Saudi Arabia.

There by we would no longer be funding their terrorist activities and they would become just another dried up desert with a bunch of worthless sand.

It really confused the hell out of him, he was speechless as I heard the sound of gears and cogs turning.

I highly recommend this tact, they can not be convinced by appealing to there concern for the environment!

Sure they'll do it. Just say the magic words; "you can get out of paying taxes." They'll sit and roll over like a shamed dog.


They are such whores when it comes to NOT paying taxes.
