Doesn't this qualify Plame as covert for the law?

If you read it, she is B (ii) at LEAST. Which qualifies the law.

(C) an individual, other than a United States citizen, whose past or present intelligence relationship to the United States is classified information and who is a present or former agent of, or a present or former informant or source of operational assistance to, an intelligence agency.

I said that in another post, but I am tired of everyone siting the "outside the country the last 5 years" thing. Even if she was outside in the last 5 years, WE WOULD NOT KNOW ABOUT IT BECAUSE SHE WAS NOC.

All 4 former agents at today's hearings said she was actually an undercover agent. Period. It's time for B*shco to wake up and smell the impeachment.

There's various reasons for this. Toensing is saying how this law is hard to violate because it requires specific knowledge. Proving who had that specific knowledge is the proper role of a prosecutor.
