Is it enough for the "terrorists to just say "SORRY"?

Is it enough for the "terrorists to just say "SORRY"?

Considering how an innocent man was chased and killed in London Stockwell Tube Station and the comments by Police and Politicians thereafter, is it OK for all "terrorists" to just say "SORRY" after each "incident" for the "collateral damage"?

What exactly do you mean?
Since first off when have the terrorists ever said sorry. I have not ever heard of that happening since this Jihadist movement has gone bigtime and 2nd how could saying sorry let somebody off for killing people in mass numbers or trying to do so?

3. You are missing the point
If the police can simply say sorry and get away with gunning down an innocent man would you be okay if a terrorist says sorry when he/she kills innocent people?
