Scotty fests? Who is the guy pimping his right wing, anti ACLU agenda
at these news conferences?

Roberts connection to the Federalist Society when nobody said anything
about Ginsberg's connection to the ACLU during her confirmation. The questioner then followed up with a plug for the Boy Scout jamboree and asked if Frist make an open endorsement or cave in to the ACLU.
