Phil Gingrey (R-Georgia, AHole) introduces HR5-Kill Patient Rights

The idiotic argument that medical malpractice costs are the reason for the increasing cost of healthcare, and driving doctors out of business, has begun. Get ready for the bullshit to flow freely. Hopefully the dems will mention the several independent studies that show there is no causal relationship between malpractice costs and healthcare problems.

1. Phil Gingery is such an ass. I have to turn off CSPAN when he's on.

I just can't believe how our congressional contingent is divided between mostly very good Democrats and beyond awful Republicans.

Healthcare costs are rising because of the pharmacutical and insurnace industries.

There's a couple of good old boy docs from Georgia that are total idiots. It was very funny when a dem from Arkansas humiliated them on the floor by questioning the quality of GA docs.

3. Hey Burythehatchet! I missed the AK doc dissing the GA docs!

That would have been worth seeing! My father was a Republican and an Orthopaedic surgeon. I imagine that if he was still alive he would be apalled at these Republican politician physicians.
