don't the Senators have the paper where Bolton said he didn't testify before a grand jury? Won't it come out, sooner or later, if he did? If he is caught in a lie, will Bush still appoint him?

that his attorney contacted MSNBC/NBC today to deny that he has testified to the grand jury, or was in any way connected to the case.
