Should we all file anti-Bush Indecency complaints with the FCC?

After all, that is what the "Parents Television Council" (a conservative scourge) does when something offends their sensibilities.

According to Mediaweek, 99.8% of all complaints filed with the FCC in 2003 were filed either by or through the PTC. Furthermore, 99.9% of all Janet Jackson related complaints were filed by or through them as well.

Would it be possible to use their strategy to get the FCC to censor Bush?
