Bush said this decades ago.

9. Hello from Germany,
Apart from neoliberals all across the globe, using the same horror-scenarios to smash social security, I think there's something more to what Bush is doing now, as suicidal as he is: it's the last available money to create an economic bubble within the stock-markets, a Bush-bubble. It will work for a short time, but it will become even worse after that, 'cause this is somehow the last resort. I hope there is a moderate guy like Chavez for the US-citizens, who might start to think, after they did lose their pensions this way...
