Have the Florida voting standards moved to the House of Representatives?

Rep. Chas Taylor of NC said he voted "NO" on CAFTA but the House voting machine showed him as a non-voter? What's going on here? Was his the only vote not counted or miscounted or have the Repubs moved their Florida operation to the floor of the House? Or did this guy simply screw up his vote?

and the guy said his 'card' didn't register for that vote, but it worked for all his other votes that night. All of a sudden THIS vote didn't register. He's one of 2 who DIDN'T vote. The other REPUKE said she was going to vote 'no', but she didn't get back from the Boy Scout jamboree in time. :eyes: They were both repukes. If they had both voted, the votes would have tied. I think this was some more Delay's Dirty Deals...JMCPO.
