1. The Dems are learning to use the special orders
the way the Newtoids did in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

2. Just saw a terrific moment
with Democratic Rep. Neil Abercrombie from Hawaii.

He said when watching the White House representative on the talk shows currently you should turn off the sound and just look at the eyes, and the facial expressions, and the body language as they try to avoid answering the questions.

Way to go, Rep. Neil Abercrombie!

Wow, he's busting his gut!

Mistakes have led to this grievous result ...

Now Delahunt:

Some and very few have questioned the patriotism that those asking questions ... this would be unpatriotic not to ask them! (Rep. Delahunt, D-Mass.).

This is the REAL history in the making!!

10. Rep. Neil Abercrombie made a great point
He said that during the Presidency of Jimmy Carter, tv shows, particularly Nightline, would come on the air, intoning "This is DAY 219, (etc.) of the Iran Hostage taking."

He said that in the time since the "end" of the war on the people of Iraq, they seem to be almost totally dismissive of the fact we are losing actual living beings almost daily, and not discussing it AT ALL.

I remember this very well from that time, had forgotten it. What a shame they reviled President Carter that way, especially now that we know the Reagan campaign people had negotiations with the hostage takers behind Jimmy Carter's back.

14. chuck hagel going off on the inconsistencies on CNN, right now
he's not happy about the Niger story.

just menioned the October deletion of said story.

Aaron Brown axes him whether he's comfortable with the '16 words'
defense.

not at all, he says.

goes after the intelligence analysis problem.

is intelligence being politicized?

"no evidence so far, that's why we need the facts. Looks.....this is in the interests of the nation to find out what happened.....the american people are owed an explanation."

he's incredibly naive, if he believes the beginning of the above statement.

17. I know
As great as it is hearing them, the other Democrat representatives should be there, showing their support of the speakers. It would make a big statement if ALL of the Dem reps were there, showing that "we won't stand for this anymore."
