breakdown of $87 Billion for the sheeple

I have a few people in Hannityville that are disputing things such as the long gas lines, on and off electricity, etc in Iraq. All reports from the "liberal lying media" are not believed ... I found a USMC article from May that mentioned mile-long gas lines ... I need some links here ending in .gov or .mil ... tied searching thomas.loc.gov, found too much.

Anybody recall a Republican or Military person talking about gas lines recently?

How about a break down of the $87 billion showing that some of it is to import petroleum products?
