12. I hope Fitzgerald puts them under oath and asks them to recount how they
came to their conclusion that Joe Wilson lied and to please sumit their evidence that he lied to the grand jury.

And ask why they were the only 3 senators who signed onto that conclusion.

...this will sink Biden and Liebermans presidential ambitions.

There were quite a few. The Senate committee Biden chaired did a pretty good job of listening only to the PNAC supplied "experts" in their hearing, and completely ignored any witnesses to the contrary. That should qualify as "cooking intel"...

11. This is Intel Committee chaired by Roberts and Rockefeller - And the 2nd
part of the report was supposed to deal with the WH's use of intel on Iraq.

Remember that Kerry's letter addressed that the report was incomplete, urging them to finish their work as promised and to include the investigation into the Downing Street Minutes.

8. Could we try to focus on the Republicans and Roberts turning the
Intelligence Committee into a partisan arm of the White House instead of immediately reverting to the "we eat our own" and "blame the Democrats" crap?:eyes:
