He is being very cautious about the source, hasn't stated the source yet. Indictments of higher level people in Bushco.

DUH-bya went into hiding, and is in a midsummer blue funk of depression. He's been manic way too long, and is due.

The Plame situation sent him over the edge.

8. I walked past Andrea Mitchell
this morning and she was saying something like, "some vacation, what with the war protesters" and something else (it was only a brief moment I was listening to her). She said it like she really meant it - he wasn't having much of a vacation at all - defending him!

9/74 to 5/75 NIAGARA GAZETTE (Niagara Falls, N.Y.): General assignment reporter; duties included covering general news and minority affairs; wrote two to three stories a day, plus weekend features.
