I realize this is a parody, but there ARE consequences.

I would not like to be in Venezuela as an American right now.

I certainly hope Hugo does not call for anti-American demonstrations, which could lead to violence.

7. the first amendment

does not entitle you to incite people to violence. with Robertson's number of devoted followers that's exactly what he did. probably a dozen rightwingnuts booking flights as we speak. the fcc should pull his license and he should be charged with something. conpspiracy to cause an international incident maybe?
