CIA, Tenet, Wilson - they've put themselves out there now. If they back down, they know they'll be goners.

Once OSP starts to be talked about in the mainstream media and the American public will be allowed to see that a shadow regime got them into Iraq, then I'll believe.

The CIA are the action arm of the American empire. Individuals of honor notwithstanding, the org as a whole is chartered to preserve and protect and extend US hegemony in the world of multinational capitalism. No organizational conscience is possible - no more possible than for any enterprise based on a profit-centered value system. But they also, as an org, realize that facts DO matter, and that decisions delusional megalomania really does not make for a viable strategy.

In my view the turning point occurred when the Council on Foreign Relations began hitting the cabal on national (fatherland) security. Sections of the elite, sections of the national bourgeoisie, are seeing that these fanatics are REALLY bad for business.
