Jesse Ventura and Bill Safire against Recall

ON Today Show yesterday Jesse said Minnesota's recall law was better because the supreme court of that state had to have evidence of malfeasance before approving citizen petitions to put in on the ballot. California's doesn't.

He said Davis had not done anything wrong. Katy, of course, called this an "always unique perspective."

No Katy, that is not a unique perpspective. It's mine, also.

Safire against it but for Schwarzenegger.

1. that's great...but it doesn't matter

CA has a valid law...we have to work within it for the best result...not say 'wait...I don't like this law...let's ignore it'

I didn't hear the show, but from the post both Ventura and Safire are saying that Californians should vote against the recall.

3. sorry...it doesn't matter that another state has

a different/better system...have to work with the CA law...that's all
