Talk about stretching...
The latests WMD spin:

Saddam was bluffing about WMD, justifying the case for war.

So, let me get this straight:
Saddam, who claimed to have no WMD, only pretended to claim that he had no WMD. He said he had no WMD because he wanted us to think that he had WMD, when in fact he did not.

Translation: Its not Bush's fault.

This administration is really reaching.
