They just brought up the ironic fact that Rush is scheduled to address broadcasters in Philadelphia later today...

:-)

In their coverage, they showed Rush's resignation statement, followed by ESPN's official statement. Then they showed some of the great quotes from McNabb at today's press conference.

It really was McNabb's conference that turned the tides on this one, I feel. Kudos to him for being a gentleman athlete, and for taking on the Pigboy!

I'm certain there will be more ESPN commentary tomorrow... and "The Sports Reporters" and "Sunday NFL Countdown" should be just great this weekend!!!
