9. Holy crap...
...it finally happened--gas is more expensive in the US than in Canada,even with our higher taxes. It's $1.28.9 per litre in Halifax now, just about $5/gal. (Canadian dollars).

11. Its the refinerys they produce gas that goes in your car!!!
10 refineries are closed because of Katrina. Valero's refinery announced its ok and as soon as power resumes they will get back into production... But when will the electricity turn on in New Orleans!!!

Refineries were going at full capacity before this happened... It is a reality Americans will come to grips soon!!!
