Anybody else been told about the gasoline boycott for Sept 1?
I just received and e-mail asking me to take part in a national protest about gasoline prices by not buying a dop of gas tomorrow.

2. I heard about it from my daughter.
I don't think it's a bad idea......lets let everybody just take a break tomorrow.

4. Given that it'll be $7 or $8 in Atlanta
...and $4 or $5 everywhere else tomorrow, I have a feeling it's going to happen even if people don't know about it.

5. I heard a caller on Bernie Ward's show
mention that we shouldn't buy gas on Thursdays - but it seems like in many places there won't be any gas to buy tomorrow.

I got to thinking maybe instead of boycotting gas we boycott work because people can't afford to drive there.....but that would need massive participaton to be effective
