CNN says that at least 2 "renegade busses" have shown up in Houston

They don't know where the bus came from. It got there "too early." The driver was 20. All I can say is wow.

2nd "renegade bus" shows up. 1 legit bus has arrived.

The people are there and they need shelter. I think some of them were people on the highway bridge - maybe they never made it to the Superdome?

9. They are saying
that the bus had people who weren't in the superdome and some that were. They also said it was driven by a 20 year old. Frankly, it doesn't matter a whole lot as there are people who need help.

12. There is something odd going on
I saw, before the busload from the Superdome arrived, that a line of people who had DRIVEN themselves (that is, evacuated in time) were denied entrance to the Astrodome. Apparently, the Superdome is being reserved for JUST the Superdome people.

It's just a bit odd, no?

I'm wondering if they want to "contain" them for some reason?

34. The one guy they were interviewing wasn't saying much about the
conditions in the Superdome. The interviewer had to keep asking questions because he wouldn't say much. I think they did steal the bus.

These people are desperate. They need food. They need water. :-(

47. listening to the la state police scanner sounds like some buses
are being taken by people at or in charge of the superdome
unclear

but its speculated that police are trying to get transportation for the hospitals first OR there arent enough buses to go around for all the needs and in any event someone with state police or emergency worker suggested on scanner that superdome people were taking the buses but werent supposed to for some reason
