In this case the media assholes are about as predictable and divisive as ever.

They didn't even pause before they began to undermine the credibility of the people devastated by this disaster.

If you didn't see them frame the looters you should go over the pictures again.

Why would they target a group so quickly to highlight the looting when there was so much devastation? I think they went shopping for a credibility buster. Why? Simple you all know the answer... What if all of a sudden the news gave a racial stereo type decisively against our fucktard president credibility by only showing them as victims? Loving, grieving, devastated victims, instead of opportunistic looters. The shit they stole was going to be trashed as soon as the water rose up, fucking DUH!

Ask yourself if the something in the news gave your perspective credibility with all those you know who just won't believe you?

If they open the doors of credibility it would be like the levy busting all over again but this time on fucktard’s credibility. They can't afford any perception that fucktard supporters empathize with the likes of anti-fucktard people; it’s bad for business.

If you don't think the media is under control you’re stupid or just blind. I read the Downing Street memo's on May 2, the day I believe they were published; we know the media ass-gaskets read DU. Get real they knew about the documents and most took 6 weeks before they did anything with them.

How many people know about the documents? I have read numerous stories here people telling other liberals, who may only follow the corporate media. Even some radical folks and others that try to stay atop of things didn’t see them. Most people never heard of these historical documents, this doesn’t happen on accident, the free press acting like Jeff Spicoli with them “Dude but my dog ate it”.

And the latter “uh, it’s AP’s fault” Can’t you tell they work for people like fucktard to always lay blame away from their screw-ups.

They divide and concur that is their MO it keeps “We” you know the people from figuring out it not us, it’s the fucktard’s who try and act like they are one of us running the country.

1. It may have escaped your notice but looters are compounding the
victimization.

Who do you think will suffer as a result of looters? The people who are victims of the hurricane.

When you see a looter you see a villain. When I see a looter I see a villain and their victim.

3. True but two days ago the looters were contained
It really wouldn't have taken that much foresight to get emergency services there and have them prepared to deploy on Monday. It's almost Thursday.

Inaction on the part of our own government compounded the problem and emboldened those looters who are actually predatory as opposed to simply trying to survive.

5. The government has failed miserably, and Bushco bears the blame for
diminishing FEMA and failing to do more even in the last possible hours.

They have created more opportunity for predators, without doubt. But just as they are responsible for their choices, so are the predators.

6. But what is the real extent of the looting?
Some of the stories being reported are horrid but is looting, particularly the violent type, as widespread as they are making it out to be? It's utter chaos there so I don't think any of us can possibly know what the real situation is.

2. no one has a handle on this story. no body count. no order.
they are relying on good old fashioned divide and conquer. read the local NO blogs. the real looters are the Homeland Security creeps holding up the rescue efforts.
