don't think they need help. If your administration doesn't accept help nobody can do anything.

Frankly, they do need help. The chaos and incompetence of the administration in and around NO seems to be terrible (and I'm not speaking of the bravery of all those helpers); it's inconceivable that things have not been organized better, starting with an "evacuation" that was no evacuation but simply saying "get out if you can". Cuba does better.

I'm suffering with you, I really am.

9. I know that where I live the locals feel the pain

they have been severely flooded two years ago

besides we have plenty of teams on stand by, could be operative in the US within 24 hours

And France has important military means in the Carribeans woking on the drug war. They could be in the US on short notice...
