State employee Georgia Bowie supervisor for youth study center city of new orleans. locked in at parish prison on 2nd and 3rd flrs with 73 children (detainees) and 10 staff members with no food or water since monday. locked in waiting on boat to come but looks like they forgot. can't reach director Richard winder nor superintedent tony dean. called both several times. Boys are in need of medication and pregnant girls need assistance. URGENT!!!!!!!!

2. We'd have done better

for a bunch of us to walk to New Orleans carrying canoes, with tin cans and strings for communication.

If I thought any of my damned Repug Senators or Representative would pay any attention, I'd be calling and demanding Chimpy's head on a pike in front of the White House today.
