Breaking: FEMA cancels $$$ help for S. Florida Katrina victims..... WTF?

I heard this on the radio & did not believe it.

they said HOWEVER that GOVERNMENTS WILL get $$$$$ .....see how this works...screw the people....this is like corporatism.

During the past week, many Miami-Dade residents have been frustrated by the lack of response by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. On Wednesday, the agency said Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe counties did not have enough Hurricane Katrina-related damage to qualify for individual personal assistance.

That means residents cannot get FEMA help.

Williams said FEMA's response to Hurricane Katrina was puzzling considering last year it gave money to Miami-Dade residents who suffered little or no damage during Hurricane Frances.

Tha't what Dick is doing right now. Him and KKKarl are hunkered up trying to figure out how to take all the budgets of FEMA, RED CROSS etc.and blend them into their "Military" budget.
