...to the people sleeping on the highways??

Put a bunch of cops out to protect and distribute items, and start dropping this stuff off so that people won't suffer so bad!

there are 50 buses arriving on that overpass to move those people. They are combining them with the superdome crowd and taking them to Houston it sounds like.

...and highways leading out of the city. Total chaos! How will Houston respond to an influx of an undetermined number of New Orleans refugees? And where is Tom Delay in all of this? Isn't he always pushing faith-based solutions to situations like these?

6. Tom Delay's idea of tithing is to throw money in the air, and

let God take His share. Whatever falls to the ground belongs to Tom.(Not original.)

So his idea of faith-based hurricane relief is to put your hands together and prey. (No that's no misspelling.)
