Where's Rumsferatu? Shuldn't he be marshalling his mighty Armies...
and Navies to go to the aid of NOLA? He DOES micro-manage the DoD, right?

Or is he too busy whacking-off to roadside bomb videos and bathing in Iraqi virgin's blood ("Is it better than bathing with Oil of Olay? You BET it is!")

He's the Secretary of WAHR, why isn't he doing something besides "Staying the Course" in Iraqi-Nam?

1. Rumsfeld doesn't do any wars where there are no targets....
...now if would be allowed to place three rockets into the Super-dome, then that would be a different story.

2. He is busy preparing his catapult for the Letterman show next week.
Must take some time to sling the bullsh*t, uh, catapult the propaganda.

3. Plus he's totally cool with looting
To quote someone elses thread from yesterday, Rumsfeld on looting:

"Free people are free to make mistakes and commit crimes and do bad things. They're also free to live their lives and do wonderful things. And that's what's going to happen here," Rumsfeld said."And for suddenly the biggest problem in the world to be looting is really notable."

"While no one condones looting, on the other hand, one can understand the pent-up feelings"

"The images you are seeing on television you are seeing over and over and over, and it's the same picture of some person walking out of some building with a vase, and you see it 20 times and you think, 'My goodness, were there that many vases?'"

"Stuff happens!"

Oh, sorry, wait, those quotes are from the wrong disaster.....

4. The Kriegsfurher is off pouting
That darn storm got to cause a lot of pain and suffering and death. And usually that's Donny's job.

So he's angry that a natural disaster one upped him.
