He's blabbing about how they had NO IDEA it was such a bad storm until a "FEW HOURS BEFORE" it hit.... that it was a CATEGORY I storm when it hit FLORIDA!!

He was unbelievably defensive!

Fed Govt. Barbour said they only had a few hours notice, Miles rejected that and said they had several days notice the storm was going to be Cat 4-5.
