Most important question being asked in WH
Is it How do we blame the democrats or is How do we spin so we don't have damage to ourselves. There is no chance it is how do we help the people in N.O.

2. You hit the nail on the head.
"We don't want all those poor people remembering how terribly we handled this come '06."

I suspect that's partly why they are shipping people to Texas. Once they are no longer in deplorable conditions (who cares that they lost their homes & have nothing to return to - we'll never see that), get them off the news as soon as possible so we can start showing the nation that we are rebuilding NO. They are the party that cares, after all. :sarcasm:

5. Ding,ding, ding!
Way back in the early days of this administration, their first director of the Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, John DeIulio, resigned because even he was horrified that everything was politics. If there was any policy, it was always politically motivated.
