Coffins lie exposed at the Southern Memorial Park in Biloxi, Mississippi. Flood victims battered by Hurricane Katrina faced a silent but equally deadly enemy in toxin- and bacteria-laden waters carrying the threat of contamination and disease.(AFP/Getty Images/Barry Williams)

Prison inmates are held at the end of a sunken highway in New Orleans, Louisiana August 31, 2005 after Hurricane Katrina struck. Authorities struggled on Wednesday to evacuate thousands of people from hurricane-battered New Orleans as food and water grew scarce and looters raided stores, while U.S. President George W. 3. Strange to say but Hope/pray for rain
I am talking to my wife about this now. If it rains people can put out pots, shoes, baggies, anything to have something to drink.
